Started this one from Pelter bridge car park at Rydal Water (free) and headed off up Nab Scar for a clockwise circuit. There is now a pay and display machine at this car park.
On the way up, Rydal Water, Ambleside and Windermere from Nab Scar.
Loughrigg fell and Grasmere
From then on the walk continued on in thick mist and cloud up to Faifield and round the valley top, not good for photo's.
Which is a pity.
And back out of the mist heading down towards Ambleside and a hot drink with me old mate PW.
