Last day in Snowdonia so it had to be Snowdon via the Watkin Path and then onto Yr Arran and a vist to Craig Wen before returning to the car at Bethania.

A wander into Dinorwig Quarry led me up to Elidir Fach and then back down through the quarry to the slate museum (parking).

I walked back over the bridge and went left along the road a short while to the entrance path into Aberglaslyn Woods.

Rhinog Fawr & Rhinog Fach from Craigddu-Isaf accessed from the A470 along a gated single track road to a parking area before a plantation below the Rhinogs, perfect.

Mynydd Mawr from Rhyd Ddu today, has the potential to be a great circular walk.

Second attempt at this mountain as the first was thwarted by a pack of hunting dogs roaming the summit, all quiet today though.

I headed in the opposite direction shown in the photo across the junction and up the lane until I came to this sign which I followed through the small plantation to the lower slopes of Moelwyn Bach.
