North Wales, Arran Fawddwy from Cwm Cywarch.

Second attempt at this mountain as the first was thwarted by a pack of hunting dogs roaming the summit, all quiet today though.

Start of the ascent shortly after leaving the free car park.

 The way back is clear if the mist closes in.

Creiglyn Dyfi down below.
Memorial to Mountain rescue member struck by lightning close by in 1960.
The way down with the path over to the left, some steep grassy slopes to descend first though.
Last view of Arran Fawddwy and Creiglyn Dyfi before descending back to Cwm Cywarch.
