Rhinog Fawr & Rhinog Fach from Craigddu-Isaf accessed from the A470 along a gated single track road to a parking area before a plantation below the Rhinogs, perfect.

I took the path through the plantation that headed in the direction of Rhinog Fawr, looking back.

And towards Rhinog Fawr from the info board.

The descent to the Bwlch is brutal on the knees.

Heading north over Rhinog Fach a path leads back down to the Bwlch and another brutal descent.
